The private rooms are being found in spacious flats or houses. They are on offer including breakfast that is prepared by the landlord. Bedcovers and towels are being provided. The landlord changes the towels every other day and cleans your lodgings. Bedcovers are being changed on a weekly basis.
If you rent an apartment for 1 person or flats/houses for several people, your landlord fills up the refridgerator every other day so that you can prepare a proper breakfast for yourself. The laundry change and the cleaning take place in the same cycle as with the rental of rooms.
